I know what you are saying, but if I can do it then you can too. I actually used the plastic flosser things (individually packaged, plastic pickon one end and floss on the other) you can buy and the tooth pick part did the trick and it was painless. Use the flosser to get it started and then pull it off. That is why mine came off in pieces. LOL
