The ultimate sacrifice

Well, I might be using the shout-out the wrong way but it is a shout-out goodbye. I found this forum only about a month ago, and was very glad I did, found tons of info and got some help too boot. This past week-end I gave my son my 2004 tundra, guess its about as good father to son gift you can give. He is 20 and lives in illinois, needs a decent ride to last thru the winter so he can get to work every day. I took care of my ride like it was a member of the family, so I know it will serve him well. Just wanted to thank all you folks for the help you gave and the forum head honcho's for giving everyone the opporunity to share info. I might occasionally take a sneek peek at what everyone is doin' and how the add-ons and updates are progressing. Thanks again for everything. Maybe someday i'll return and ask questions about how to fix my new tundra...hopefully.

Thumbs up

Tundra-dad indeed! A very nice gift for your son - I am sure he will appreciate it.

Glad you found the forum helpful - that is the name of the game here.

Keep in touch.

Agree with re.ac.tor and Tox, you're welcome to stick around TTZ even without a Tundra, especially if you convince your son to sign up here, lol! J/K, feel free to visit anytime you'd like!

Great gift for a son. You are welcome anytime here. Some members here don't own Tundras at all.

Makes me proud to be a part of your gift. Please stick around and lend a hand where you can. As Tony wrote I don't own a Tundra "yet" but sure love the people here.
