Personally I wouldn't use it but you should be fine with that as a spare on the front just as long as you don't have to stomp on the brakes...? So I would suggest being very careful in 2WD only and as long as it's not on the rear axle. So I guess it depends whether you want to carry a pair of jack stands in case a rear goes flat, if you are on the road you could also call for roadside assistance.
