Yes, it is a plug and play kind of thing...

The best way to install fog lights is a combination of the OEM switch and after market lights and relay. The switch cost me about $90 at the dealer, the fog lights are KC HiLighters-100w fog, black chrome at about $80/pair, and a relay from AutoZone (part #41-5154)for about $22. One note, the OEM relay goes for about $70, and I could find one on the internet for $5, but there was a minimum order, and shipping costs.

Total cost about $200, and total time about 4 hours, most of which was drinking a beer or two and figuring out how to mount the lights.
