I don't think the Bilsteins in the TRD package raise the Tundra. They might a little since they are a little stiffer suspension. I don't know if anyone has measured the two and compared.
You will be able to fit the 33s on the truck after the lift. Actually, I think the 33s will fit before the lift. You might consider doing a differential drop, but they say it's not necessary with a 2.5" lift. The bigger tires will effect the towing a little, but not much since they are 33s.
