I have emailed Jack at Unichip and they will be coming out with a PnP tuner for the new 5.7L Tundra but won't be for another year. If I remember right it took like 3 or 4 years for them to come out with the first gen tuner, but it was very user friendly and really provided performance gains.

They are releasing it 2nd quarter of this yr.
