Thanks for the welcome.

On the wear question - my system is fairly new so don't have any personal data, however others that have installed these systems report no increased wear on the rings since there is still gasoline being used, just less of it. But there have been many reports that oil changes don't need to occur as often since more of the gasoline is being burned and not deposited as gunk in the engine. When people have installed these systems on older vehicles they have reported that the engines start to clean themselves out and run like new again. It makes sense if you think about the Hydrogen and Oxygen gas being ignited in the chamber which produces an output of steam which then travels through the exhaust system.

On running the engine on only HHO - the system does not produce enough Hydrogen on demand to make this possible. In order to do that you would need a pressurized tank of Hydrogen like Toyota did in their Canada run. This type of system is designed to lower your mpg using a hybrid methodology only. That being said though, people have run small lawnmower engines on just the HHO produced by these systems in their garages.
