I was searching for coilover options for my Tundra. I have been thinking about an OME 2.5" coilover lift. They will work really well if I go with a new steel bumper and winch. These are what a lot of Jeep guys use for their suspension lifts. Good for a budget suspension lift. Also one of the few options if you want a good lift and are adding a couple hundred pounds worth of bumper and winch in the front.

I also came across a few more options that might work for some other people. One option is to use an adjustable Bilstein 5100 shock and the stock coil. It says it will do from 0" to 2.5" of lift. All I have found is that on gen 1 Tundras, it says the 5100 will only do up to 1.5" of lift on the Double Cab. So that might not be good for my CM. Might have to contact Bilstein to see what they say. They also have rear non-adjustable 5100 shocks for a stock height or up to 1" lift in the rear.

Skyjacker has a 2-3" adjustable coilover and rear block kit. Not too bad for the price if the shock can be rebuilt like the more expensive ones. I like that it's up to 3 inch instead of the 2.5" like a lot of the other coilovers.

Skyjacker also has a 3" strut lift for a cheaper price. Similar to the Bilstein, this uses a new strut and the stock coil. Also comes with rear blocks.

Fox Racing has 0-3" adjustable front coilovers and rear shocks, both with external reservoirs. They cost more than others like the SAWs or Icons, but I am going to bet these will hold up to more punishment with a smoother ride. Course all these are going to be rebuildable for that price.
