Here's an idea. How about since we are a huge exporter of wheat, we charge the exact same amout per bushell of wheat as what a barrell of oil costs us. I am by far not an authority on economics. I'm ahead of the game if my checkbook is balanced to the penny, but it seems to me that we need oil and the world needs to eat, so I think it's a fair exchange.
