| Does the wolo use a compressor? Does it charge up to blow the horn or does the compressor just come on to blow the horn? I would guess the latter but if not, then the humming MIGHT be the compressor coming on.
There is a possibility you blew the stock fuse. Unplug the wolo and the left horn should work fine. If it doesn't work, then check for a horn fuse and see if it's blown.
You might have to do your own wiring for the Wolo. Use the existing horn wiring as your switch for the relay and wire the Wolo power directly to the battery.
