I have a tire question! Are all tires labeled with white lettering on one side and black on the other, and If so whats the purpose of this? I see some people with white lettering and some without, I wonder if the tire shop asked which they preferred to show.

Also, I have been wanting one of those tire covers for a set (4) of tires stacked up that you will see outside tire shops. Are these specially purchased or given as advertising? Is there a chance I could go to a tire shop and get one for free maybe? would they happen to have some extra normally? Do you consider this trash sometimes and throw them out?
