and for those of you that use photobucket to host your pics, you can set it so every pic you upload is automatically resized to a pre-determined size. i have mine set to 800x600, which is a pretty common size that most forums suggest. or if you dont want all the pics you upload to PB to be resized, you can easily do individual pics once they are uploaded.
