Toyota will claim that any header other than their own will void the warranty. The Magnuson-Moss warranty act and a good lawyer says they can not void your warranty just because you changed the headers. They have to prove the headers caused whatever problem occurred.

Long tube headers will give you the most power. But they require you to move the cats back and are therefore considered illegal for on road use.
