I agree TIS is a mess and given its structured its like looking for a needle in a haystack. I maintain a membership for my vehicles at
AllDataDIY. For 26.95/year I have access to all of the Tundra's technical diagrams, repair information, electrical schematics, TSBs/Recall notices etc. It is copyrighted so I cannot post their PDFs here. For 27 bucks its not bad if you have some DIYs in the works.
