I had it done in Kansas City, only because I was there with a couple extra hours one Saturday morning and I knew of a place that tinted whole windshields (not so legal...). I can look up the company's name again if you'd like.
I had Rose Muffler (behind Briggs) tint windows on a previous vehicle for me, and I had not complaints with their install, but I sold that truck about a year after I had them do the windows so I don't know the long-term quality of their tint.
