If you are talking about the trucks OEM alarm triggering when the truck is remote started then the Viper's "Remote Start Status Output" needs to be connected to the "Key Sense" wire at the ignition, this tells the truck's ECU that a key is in the ignition. If the engine is started and the truck's ECU does not detect a key in the ignition it will sound the OEM alarm.

If the Viper alarm is triggering then I'm not sure what it is. Count the number of Status LED flashes when you disarm, this will tell you what triggered the alarm and help narrow down the possibilities. The number of flashes will correspond with the Zone triggered, at least that is how it works on the 5701.
