It's going to take sometime for someone to come out with something, My guess is we'll see a super charger first.

ok guys i have sent a e-mail to Power Enterprise about the 5.7L engine. I found out that it works with the 05 tundras so there should be no reason why it shoudn't work with the 5.7. all you would need is to get the pinout of the ecu to make sure you have the right wires and then it is just tuning. so it looks very promising so far. i will keep ya'll up to date on this.

Yeah please keep us updated and stay persistent. The first company to do it will make a killing. I really think there is a lot of performance to be had just by removing some of the nannies Toyota installed.

Subscribing with drool on my chin. A tuner will really help our trucks perform at their best. Tune/Intake/Exhaust and mid 13s here we come.

A good place to start, at least as far as A/F ratios are concerned, is to scan the A/F ratio during a full throttle pull (while driving - under load). Also monitor intake air temp and how it affects timing as well.

Does anyone here have the OBD scantool that interfaces with the nice GUI? I saw a couple of screenshots the other day from someone on TS. I'm very curious to see how lean (or rich) the ECU will allow the mix to get...

Does the 5.7 use a previously existing engine management system? Or is it completely new code?

The ideal happening would be some fully customizable software like the GM boys have in LS1edit.

I could only dream that we get that much control over the ecu. The demand would have to sky rocket before most companys would even try anything. Here's hoping!!!
