Nissan agreed to make the subaru trucks i think. So subaru will be buying trucks from nissan, nissan will be buying trucks made by chrysler, who is owned by fiat and daimler, while gm wants to buy chrysler.

Nissan is going to be making smaller cars for chrysler in return.
