I think I saw a special on this company. It is founded by a bunch of silicone valley yuppies that thought the automotive industry has been poorly managed thus the reason why the big 3 have failed to compete. They started off running the biz like a software company but have since made some tweaks more in line with traditional auto manufacturers. It will be interesting to see if these guys can make it.
