Excellent write-up.. I found most of the instructions to be bang on, except for the tool requirements. I went and gathered everything you suggested but found i needed some items that were different from your list. This could just be the difference between the american (standard) and canadian (metric) tools, so for you canadians out there;
the last item will need to be substituted instead, please use;
1 Metric Litre of Scotch (I recommend Highland Park 12-25yr)
1 500mL Bottle of seltzer or soda
1 250mL highball glass
