Hehe. Why? Driving through Michigan lately? Just tow a broken down Chevy truck behind you wherever you go. That ought to throw them off. As for me, I've thrown enough money at GM vehicles to be able to say I've done my service to my country's economy. In fact, three generations of my family loyally bought American cars because no one wanted to get caught driving a "rice burner." This time, I test drove all the trucks out there and decided that the home field advantage wasn't enough to win the game and you know what? I don't feel bad about it. When those local boys can get their act together, I'll give them another chance. Until then, I'm proud to be an American driving a Toyota.

Companies are like beggars. If they're always getting handouts, they'll never have the motivation to find a job. (Or in this case, design a better truck.) American automobile manufacturers have been taking advantage of the American consumer who looked the other way for the sake of patriotism and allowed The Big Three to make inferior vehicles. Well, no one, or no company, ever wakes up and reinvents themselves until they hit bottom.
OK. Better stop this rant before I explode.
