Have you heard of an AC condensor being soldered/welded/brazed. I am having trouble finding a condensor for it that I can afford - Toyota wants $880 for a new one and all the after market companies are saying they are back ordered. Any suggestions would be welcome.
Thanks for any info. | A skilled welder using "Tig" should be able to repair an aluminum ac condenser. I have repaired several on older vehicles. If you can find someone to attempt it the condenser will need to be removed from vehicle. It should be fairly inexpensive to do this type repair. Just my 2 cents.
