| In New York and some other places, doesn't a new 1/2 ton truck (GVWR > 6K pounds) have to be registered as a commercial truck? That means higher registration cost and it limits where you can park your truck since commercial vehicles can't be parked on most residential street over night. Only way to get around that is to install a camper on the bed to limit how much can fit in the bed of the truck.
If they do that around here, people will be ????ed. At least half the vehicles on the road are half ton or bigger trucks and SUVs.
