Sounds like you have some weathering. Normally it's just cosmetic and will not take the tire out of service.
I don't believe Mich warranties weathering/ozone cracking but you should ask your local Michelin dealer or call cust service 1-800-847-3435
BUT
If it starts looking like this --- that's a problem that needs immediate attention.
