| Interesting article...This is the second Tundra and third Toyota product I've owned. However, this is the first Toyota vehicle I've purchased where I've received phone calls from the dealership, regional corporate, and Toyota USA inquiring as to my satisfaction with the truck, with the purchase, with the experience at the dealership. Possible word has trickled down from the bigwigs at Corporate, for the entire corporation in general to take a greater interest in the Customer Satisfaction.
I think there's a lot of other companies out there that should use Toyota as a business model to pattern themselves after.
