Alternatly you can buy it witha 40GB or 80GB hardrive and have your 45,000 songs in your truck at all time. Works through the head unit display and make the head unit think its a CD Changer or MD Play.
I feel that would only be truly worth it if you had the OEM navigation system with a screen to display the tag info and such. If not, for $300 you could probably replace the whole radio with something with more features and perfect integration (no need to emulate a CD changer). Or if you really love the stock radio, or if it's so tightly integrated into the dashboard that it's not compliant with any spec and you would never find a dash kit or aftermarket radio to fit. But our Tundras are standards compliant, thank goodness.
