I've had my truck over 2 years now, and just noticed that the OEM horns have metal covers over the flared opening held on by metal clips. Any one know why Toyota would cover the horns up like that? To make them quieter? I took 'em off, of course, but I don't get why anyone would cover up a warning device like that. Thoughts? Comments? Better yet: Answers?
