It depends on the wheels. See if they are hub centric or lug centric wheels. Lug centric wheels are likely to have a shimmy because you have to be careful installing them and tighten the lugs incrementally so the lugs will center the wheel properly. Hub centric wheels center the wheel on the hub and can't be mounted off-center so no shake. They do make hub centric spacers to make a lug centric wheel fit like a hub centric wheel. Never tried them myself.
