That's the way it should be. The server was built special to run Vbulletin software which means we're running dual core AMD processors rather then Intel and then I spent the last month configuring the server software to run Vbulletin.

By everything I've learned in the last year the only time the site should be down is if the Server crashes and that's suppose to be rare. I hope.
