Exclamation Photo Van Operator killed in Phx 4/19

Me and my wife went for a hike @ Phoenix Mountain Preserve located in the north central heart of the city and we went past that exact van 2 hours earlier and again 40min before he was killed on our way back home. I saw him staring down into his equipment when we went past him the first time around, I really feel sorry for his family. I hope this does not happen again, I despise photo enforcement bad, but there is no justification for this at all period!!!!!! I hope he did not suffer and may he rest in peace!

These guys have been threated before. It is sad when your local government is more interested in revenue then peoples saftey.

People sicken me sometimes. This guy should suffer the same death as what he caused. Sudden and out of nowhere...never see it coming.

That would be too kind. I vote for a long painful one to make him suffer like that poor fellows family will.

That's very sad. I also despise photo enforcement, but like B3 said there is absolutely no justification for this. RIP.

The real sad thing is this guy was only doing a speed survey, not even enforcement.

This tragedy simply proves that there are some very sick people out there... truth be known, probably a lot more than any of us would care to know! I feel very sorry for the family of the victim.

Negative my friend, big fat negative. I saw his van and flashes in the distance and break lights poping up everytime and people swerving not to hit the idiots slamming on there breaks. btw, A speed surveys is done with those black tube/round rubber sensors the are laid out across the lanes attached to a data box off to the side of the road.

Either way, may he RIP.
