I saw it, cared and was going to move your post to the Mall where it would be seen. Congrats, getting ready for another career as a welder or pipe fitter?

Nope Squid, no attempted change of career, lol! Bought it for the ranch as I'm redoing all of my cattle working pens and have a ton of fencing to do. Just bought and had delivered close to 2000' of 2 3/8" oil field tubing (reject pipe never in ground) and 500' of 4" pipe. Some pics of rig shown below.

Thanks Squid... the only thing I'm doing to it (besides adding a spare to the trailer which I did yesterday... gotta' love Tractor Supply, lol!) is diamond plate the wood floor and then weld a receiver hitch on the very back so I can plug in a winch and horse the pipe around with it.

Funny, when I asked the guy why he didn't have a trailer spare, he said the rig had never been out of his shop or concrete pad just outside his shop since he bought the thing in late January of this year. I believe him because the tires still had those nibby things on the tread when I picked it up yesterday! And, I am very pleased with the deal I got from him.

Sweet setup. Glad you found a good one. Add a fire extinguisher to it.

And that drill pipe is freaking heavy. We used a few of them while building a fence once. I bet it weighs more than double what that 4" pipe weighs.

Just finished up do major updates over the last 10 years to the GF place, it was a whole second sheet of the flyer. hauled out 50 yars of sand 1 at a time with my car and that is why I now have the tundra.
Back to the queens victorian, do you mean queen anne victorian? those are the ones with the turrets. We plan on building a brand new one even though there are lots around me because it will be a better structure than a updated old house. Might buy an old one to salvage parts from

Nice set up there Rarjar!
Wanna make me a custom bull bar?

The last house I owned had a rental in the back. Rental property is the reason I've been working contract work since and just recently decided I might want to get back into one. When I moved in, I started removing old nails that were used as hangers from the previous owner. I thought, "well, if I'm going to do this right, I might as well repaint" which grew into re-doing the wood floors/trim, remodeling the bathroom and a complete exterior spray job (23 gallons - 2 coats plus white primer as it was originally dark brown). You know how it goes....

Unfortunately, mid project, I had a couple other things to attend to such as a renter that was cheating the electric meter until the elec. company found out about it. They shut the power off on him in December and didnt notify me - complete replacement of all plumbing/Carpet/Sheetrock/flooring/shower . Then I found the power feed to the garage with a shovel, it was buried 4 inches under the planter area by the back of the house. A hand trenching party, complete with a keg, ensued.

It was some time ago, but I ended up clearing about $25k plus tools when I sold it. Sometimes, though, you just HAVE to be a DIYer, like it or not...
