| You will need a different adapter than what I linked to for the front. And you don't need the slim mount in the rear, you need it in the front.

For the rear we will need either the same speaker or find a 6.5 three (3) way with adapter. (polk db651) tt |

| Received the Polk speakers and the speaker adapters. Here are some pics of the adapters but the problem is which side goes in the door and which are the front and which are the back adapters? I like to have my ducks in a row before installing the speakers. Thanks. tt pic one.. ![]() pic 2.. |
| ||||
| Pic 2 is correct, flat side toward the door. The left side of the left adapter is the top. |
| ||||
| Oh yeah, if the speaker came with a foam ring, use it between the speaker and the adapter. I also like to use 1/4" door/window foam between the adapter and the door. You can use the 1/4" stuff between the speaker and the adapter. Keeps any rattles down, helps the speaker sound, and keeps some water out of the cab. In a pinch you can use silicone or caulking, but that's more permanent. Shake those adapters, do they make any sound from loose parts? Silicone those loose parts into place. |

| Bigger one is for the front door. |

| Were the holes too big or something? |
