Cool. Your truck is famous now.

That reminds me, one of my halos weren't working the other day. I'm hoping I just forgot to plug it back in last time I was working behind it.

Thumbs up Well done Doooode...

Job well done on the install and the writeup.

How are you controlling them (i.e., via the light switch on the stalk or a switch located elsewhere) ??

Thanks, re.ac.tor

I'm not 100% sure where Doooode installed the switch, but most of our customers install it on the dashboard. Given the complexity involved in installing the stalk switch (DIY OEM Fog lights (No 56k) Lot's O' Pics - Toyota Forums :: Toyota Nation - courtesy of an OEM install by mhadden), the dash is usually the best place to install.

If you don't like the plain switch that is included in our kit, there are number of places where you can find a nice replacement (for example, 4x4mods.com).
If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me or visit www.blinglights.com/tsdiscount.

Thanks.
drewkeith

By the way, we are out of the blue halo fog lamps featured in Doooode's pictures, however we have plenty of green halos and red halos left.

I'd just like to see a switch that fits in the Tundra blanks and looks stock. I have a couple of mods that could use switches, but I'm not going to put in switches that do not fit. So far, there are NONE that fit the Tundra blanks.

How did you do the final wiring? Did you wire direct to the battery or tap into power eleswhere. Would appreciate any insight you can provide

Doooode has not been on the board since Sept. 24 of last year. You can look at my Gallery and see a pic of the switches I used to control my fog lamps.

Alternatively, you can check out this thread:

Let us know if you need any more help wiring those babies up.
