New truck transmission drips

I just purchased a 2007 Tundra XSP less than 300 miles ago and noticed a few drips of trans fluid in my garage floor. Since there is no way to check the level as far as I can find I was wondering if any damage would most likely occur if I continue to drive it until my appointment on Fri. afternoon. The truck has 20800 miles on it and it appears to be seeping from the seal at the front universal on the drive shaft.
