I tried to find them when I was doing mine. Couldn't find them a few months ago. Maybe someone has better info now.

OK have bee unable to locate wires. With a test light I have figured out that the relay spot is hot with the fog light fuse in place also one of the smaller connector plugs is hot with the parking lights on.From what I gather the relay could be put in place and would become hot with the parking lights on.Looks as if the currant would go to the ecu which controls the lights through the ground.(is this correct or am I wrong)havent tried this yet want others opinions dont want to blow the ecu.
So could I use the factory wiring and just ground the lights to the frame instead of using the factory grd wire.Lights should activate when the light circuit is turned on

Or put a switch between the lights and the ground so that you have control of when they are on.

Tried this and it works. This being said there is no need in tapping into the parking light circuit.Just install a relay pt 41-5154 from autozone use the factory hot wires with a seperate ground. You can run a switch off the ground if you choose but I didn't.The parking lights trigger the relay. This a real clean setup and dosen't require hardly any extra wiring.

I wonder if you could give a bit more detail and maybe a photo of the wiring from the factory plug to the fogs. Did you use a separate switch or are your foglights on whenever the parks are on?

It is all buttoned back up now.The lights come on with the parking lights.Put the relay in place and turn on the p lights.Take a testlight and probe the factory light plug to see which is hot.I used a scotch lock connector to tap the hot wire and used my bracket for the ground wire(where it attached to the factory mount).I used almuinium flat stock to make a L bracket so I could mount the lights the right wan.Ihave to work all weekend will try to get some pics next week. All the ideas came from this here forum except for the wiring.

No need to tear it all apart again, I see what you have done now. If I wire in a switch to the ground I can turn em off that way.

Thanks for your help and to everyone who has posted instructions and ideas for this install. I have the lights physically in place and they look great.

if you put a switch on the ground make sure that the light doesnt ground at the mounting point(metal bracket to frame). It will need to be isolated by using a couple of rubber washers and some nylon screws. If your lights are metal that is

Just about ready to wire up my fogs and was wondering if everything is still ok with the way you wired yours using the factory wiring and installing the relay. Does this relay plug into the fuse panel under the hood in the spot labelled Fog?
