Caller ID disable?

I love the bluetooth that came with the factory jbl system. However, it drives me crazy to see the caller id disabled when driving. If you are not moving, it allows you to see the caller id. If you are moving, the text across the radio will only say "Incoming". It won't show the caller id because you are moving. Does anyone know how to disable this so I can see who is calling me when I am driving? There are some calls I just rather not answer and you can see why I don't like this feature.

32 hits and no one has any input? Anyways, I have been doing a little searching and found the JBL radio has a speed sensor input. I am sure if it is jumpered correctly or removed from the radio, it will do as I would like. That is to allow me to have caller ID while driving. Now, with that said, does anyone know what to do with this input to the JBL radio? Does it sinked, sourced, or simply removed? I have attached a link. I believe it would be pin 4 of connector K9.

I had no clue when I read your question earlier. But now that you mention the speed sensor input I have one. How about using a speed pulse generator like used on a NAV unit? You can make one yourself or buy one from this Tundra owner:

Will that allow both caller ID and the ability to enter a location into the Nav system while moving?

He says it allows for full NAV function all the time. So I would guess yes to both. I have not tried it myself so I can't say for certain.
