Has anyone tried to convert this radio to the blue lights?

The more I keep looking at the work you guys do, the more I realize I want the same thing, but I also am reminded that I am the clumsiest idiot when it comes to delicate work. I just don't have the 'nads to do it.

The old Tundra radio can be changed. The new radio can't be too much different.

blue lights

Tox, that really looks nice. Do you think the gauges are easier to read with the blue than the amber? I have a hard time reading mine. I like to keep the intensity low when driving at night and when the instrument cluster is adjusted the way I like it, the rest of the dash lights for the a/c controls and radio are almost impossible to read ( too dim). Are the led's available in more than one wattage (I assume)? It would be nice to boost the ones farthest away or even put them on their own control. Thanks for posting your work. Very nice.

The blue is pretty easy to read. I find it less distracting than the amber color. You might want a white background similar to the Limited's Optitron gauges.

Most likely it can. Mine's too much trouble to get to for me to try. Plus it would be hard to read if it were changed.
