07 Tundra Headlight/Foglight Adjustment

The last two trucks and my Harley all came from the factory with the headlights aimed too high. (When you're getting flashed by Semi Truck drivers they are way too high.) So I thought I'd post this up for all of you just in case.

The first PDF is the headlights and the 2nd is the Foglights.

Exclamation head light wiring problem

Yesterday for no apparent reason both my headlights went out. I was idling in a driver thru, no bumps, nothing. If I pull for momentary high beams they come on, but not by the switch.

Both dash and hood fuses are good, the headlight relay under the hood comes on/off but I have no ground to my headlight plug itself.

I don't have a good wiring diagram for this truck. Any info, or links to a online wiring diagram would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
jarrett

Wow you're also having the same problem with your 89 FJ? I'd say that the magnetic flux in your area is capacitating.

From the FJ site.

Nice find squid, LOL. Noticed he did remove the 89 fj from his post. Was that his first post on the fj site as well?

Has anyone actually adjusted their headlights yet and if so is that where the adjusting screw is located or do you have to remove something else to get to it?

Thanks!

I have not adjusted mine. But if that is the correct place for it, then you should be able to get to it without a lot of trouble. Might be some wires in loom in the way is all.
