Assuming the Crew Cab is similar to the DC tt, you only have to pull 4 clips and you should be able to pull the rear of the headliner down enough to get to it by reaching in from the back glass window and loosen and remove the 2 nuts. Once they are removed, you can pull the 3rd brake light out, disconnect the wires, connect the new light, insert it back in place, start and tighten the 2 nuts, "smoke test" it, and if OK, pop the clips back in place and you should be good to go! Sounds easy enough to me!
