how to find 5.7L engine specs

i was just wondering if anybody knows how to find what kind of pistons they are putting in the 5.7 i.e forged or not. thanks for the help

They are Mahle pistons according to this article.
2007 Toyota Tundra full-sized pickup trucks

Here is their description of the gasoline engine pistons Mahle makes.
Aluminium pistons for gasoline engines

I imagine you could call or email them and ask what they put in the Tundra.

Just for a note: I think this is the same company that made the pistons for my 1971 super beetle, and I can assure you they last forever
