For any interested observer to this thread, I have a buttload of 50 SUV exhaust clips at different cruising speeds etc. If youd like to hear some, just let me know.

Im 100% pleased with mine. One of the best exhaust setups Ive ever had, bar none.

The 40 series and the 50 series can be had with a dual in/dual out if you wanted it. The 40 series is a little louder than the 50 SUV and the 40 is more likely to have drone, but it might be that neither have drone on your truck.

I did dump mine right after the muffler and I have zero drone. The muffler is great, just seems a little quieter as the weather warms up. I had the guy dump the exhaust because I prefer the no exhaust tip look. So no need to run the exhaust lines to the back. And with the angle of the pipes, it still pushes the exhaust out the back of the truck.

fyi....I had installed a catback system with a 70 series flowmaster. It still has the rumble, but there is no drone at higher speeds which is what I was looking for. Had this done at one of our local shops....did a great job and cost me $350 with 22" chrome tips.

After the CAI was installed. My exhaust got louder. Maybe it's more air flowing through the system. The muffler usually gets quieter in warmer weather. It sounds a little louder than it did in cold weather. I'm liking it.
