Exhaust possibility

Im ready to do my exhaust, I had straight pipes on my 04 ford f-150 and i loved them, so thats what im kinda leaning to. For the tips im thinking behind the rear tires angled 45 degrees toward the bumper. If anyone has any pics of their pipes done like that please post em. If there are any pro's or con's for the straight pipes please feel free to comment. Thanks!!!

Straight pipes is the only way I run my exhaust, every truck I've ever had has had them, on this one I figured I go with a single exit to try to keep from losing any bottom end power that is typical with true duals with no mufflers so I used a magnaflow y pipe the I reversed and ran that into straight pipe then they exhaust guuy took out about 3" of pipe where it 90s down over the axle and rewelded it and put on a 3 1/2 SS tip, and it sounds awesome, deep yet really loud when you get on it, i'll try to find a pic or two....

yea i actually ended up goin with a y pipe into a 1 in 2 out flowmaster with some small tips. im goin back this weekend to get some bigger tips. i didnt have enough money at the time for the nicer tips. i didnt go with the straight pipes because i have to park my truck right next to my 10 month old daughters bedroom window and i didnt want to be waking her up every morning at 6. plus we live in a pretty quiet neighborhood and i like all my neighbors so far. i had the straight pipes on my old 04 f-150 and the neighbors were always bitchin. but i do love that straight pipe sound!!! anyway ill have some pics and sound clips of both sets of tips by as early as saturday night.
sappertundra your truck looks an sounds great!!!! plus love the youngin in the backgrouond. hahahaha
