No, doesn't pivot. Not sure about waterproof, but I would hope so. The one pictured is lot bigger than the Swingcase ones. The Swingcase ones look too small.

Would be really nice to have the porkchop toolbox and then put in drawer slides behind it. So instead of swinging around, it just slides straight out. So you don't have to worry about anything in the bed getting in the way. Hmmmm...

I noticed in the picture that the truck used to have a bed rug liner (because of the velcro strips). Does anyone know if you can still use the bed rug with this tool box?

Pretty cool but that would interfere with me using a goose neck hitch.

I also included the installation instructions.
I saw them before and almost bought one. I'd like to hear from someone who has one first though.

I saw one installed in the back of a Jeep Cherokee on 4x4Xtreme (TV Show). They only showed it for a split second.

I also found out the UWS pork chop box is short enough to fit under the deck rails in the Tundra. But I don't know if the footprint is going to be too big and cover up the corner tie-down.

Northern Tool has a plastic one for $140 and they have one at a store in MN that ran all the way from front to back of a regular bed (double ended pork chop) but its an in store item only.

The plastic one is 20" tall. That would be too tall if you have the rails in the bed. But I think it will fit under a tonneau.
