| Who sells the best "chrome" accessories? What last without defects? First of all I would like to introduce myself. My name is Doug and for the past 4 years I have been part of a simular Chevy Avalanche site but my new Tundra will be delivered this week! I want to "deck out" the new truck with some aftermarket chrome accessories. I did the same thing to my Avalanche but the cheap chrome stick on handles and stuff all pitted after the 1st winter up here in northern NY state where they put salt on the roads like it's going out of style! Have any of you had this stuff on your trucks for a while and maybe live in a simular climate as me? If so, where should I look for some that maybe a higher quality? | Welcome to the forum Doug. I have the same problem with salty roads here in Kansas. So I rarely put any chrome on my vehicles anymore. The only thing close would be my dogbox which is (was)polished aluminum. I have tried many products to bring the shine back to it and had no luck. Maybe some other members have tried the chrome accessories more. You'll love the Tundra!!
