truck bed question...

there are holes with threads visible inside the bed, on the sides. You know, if you had holes cut in the bed caps, there are frame "boxes" underneath. Does anyone know what size bolt it might take? I want to mount something...a mod to it. TIA-Thanks in advance!

I think we are talking about different things. if you mean the top of the bed where you can pop out the caps, 2 on each side, that is different. on the bed side of those there are no threads, just a hole. I have my cap wires running through mine. the hole is 1/4 to 3/8'" big from memory.
I was thinking of the 5? threaded holes the run under the rail near the top.

The holes for the rails are indeed M6 screws. But I am not sure that is what Girlz is asking for.

Here's a picture of the rails from my tonneau install:

Are these the holes you are asking about?
