Trac Rac Roof Ladder Racks/working with deck rails over bed liner

Hello All
I took my Trac Rac system off my Taco. I measured it and it will fit across my new2010 Tundra bed. The dealer pre installed a bed liner on the Tundra. I got a Tundra deckrail system. Question is can my siderails be installed over the bedliner w/ pilot holes drilled through the liner? Or should I cut out a section of bedliner to put the rails directly onto the bed? If I do cut out a section of liner, whats to keep it from flopping/warping(siderails,I know the headrail has a zBracket , but the sides dont)? Any help would be appreciated.
GodBless,
Walt

Figured out

The TracRac system for a Tacoma will work on a Tundra with a Bedliner & deck rail system. I used a dremel w/ saw blade attachment to cut the bedliner without taking it out. All Good!
