What are all of you doing with regard to towing mirrors?

I'll be towing a 7 ft wide 2 horse bumper pull horse trailer. I will also be towing a 23 ft bumper pull toy hauler trailer that is wider. My mirrors are wider than 7 feet so I think I'm legal but I would like the option of being able to attach wider mirrors to the stock mirrors.

I have seen some universal mirrors but they don't mount very well to the stock mirrors.

Thanks.
