I have about 3000km left on my bumper to bumper warranty. It is a 2007 DC 5.7l. I'm wondering if there are any TSBs or issues I should get it in for before it runs out.

The little plastic moulding beside the windshield does get picked up by the wind, I had heard of these coming right off.

I also notice sometimes that the trans seems to hesitate when I coast out my driveway and then try to power away, then it grabs a bit rough, would this be the "clunking" TSB?

I don't really have anything else to note, I did have a knock sensor replaced already but haven't heard anything about that on the forums.

Any ideas would be a great help.

Question?????

Has anyone here ever put their Polaris Sportsman 500 2006 or newer in the bed of a Tundra Crew MaX????

I have a trailer that I usually use to tow it, I have been to lazy to try it myself and have not purchased a good aluminum tri fold ramp to load. I have a bed extender and was not sure if it would fit with straps etc.

I am fearful of busting out my rear window with my ATV bumpers. Just really curious if anyone else has specifically done this with a Polaris Sporstman. And how do they find it, hard ,pain in the ass, just use the trailer. Just think towing my Sportsman would be cool in the bed....

If you have with positive or negative results please email me or post it here. If you have Pics even better....

My boss sold me his 2008 Crew Max 4wd TRD, 3400 miles, 5 weeks ago. It has been garage kept, looked brand new. Took it to get oil changed and when oil tech finished he drove it out of the bay, left keys in truck, came in lobby to ring me up. Some kid walking by jumps in and takes off. Owner of shop says he's not responsible, it's their policy to leave keys in while finishing paper work. Is this unreal? Cops call this morning and found truck wrecked. Any advice on how I don't come out at a loss? I hate having to get a lawyer, just seem's you never get back to even.

New Tundra owner here. I just purchased a 2007 Tundra, DC, SR5, 5.7 engine, 24K miles with ARE shell. I notice that when I first start it, the engine immediately jumps up to the 2000 RPM range and then within 10 seconds slowly drops to around 1200. I live in an extremely cold part of Colorado and am concerned about the strain on the engine components on cold mornings (-40 degrees F) at this RPM. Should I be??? What solution might you suggest? Thanks so much.

Anyone had strange noises from the transmission on a 2010 Tundra DC 5.7L 4x4? It was about 40 degrees that morning and I started the truck and headed to work. I go very slow the first 5 blocks due to residential area and to let the truck warm up, (less than 20 mph). I had stopped and turned right after 2 blocks, and was heading for my 2nd stop at the end of 3 blocks. I left off the accelerator and was coasting to the stop, but something made me hit the accelerator again. That's when the transmission made the noise. It sounded like someone threw a bucket of nuts and bolts in the transmission. It drove fine, shifted fine, doesn't slip, and has not made the noise again. The truck has 2000 miles. I suspect since the truck was slowing, that the transmission was searching for a gear and must have been between gears when I accelerated.
