Hi everyone.When I purchased my truck last year I was told since I had titanium rods in my back that the cloth seats in the truck could and would be swapped out to leather and heat on both seats in the front if I found that I would need them after I drove it for awhile.I was told that it would cost me about $1700 extra.Well at no big surprise I CANT GET ANYONE AT THE DEALER TO HELP ME NOT EVEN THE SALES REP THAT TOLD ME THAT.
Does anyone know if the price is about right and has anyone had this done.Thanks in advance.

You should be able to get it done for cheaper than that. Around $900-$1200 for leather and seat warmers depending on what you want. Look at Katzkin leather and you should be able to order exactly what you want.

Some have installed their own leather. It will take a while if you try it, but you will save a lot of money. Talk to a local auto upholstery shop before you order it and see what they will charge you for the install or if they have worked with it before.
