Question Climate Control??

Hey Guys,
Just one question I am hoping someone else ran into as well. I noticed when swapping out some stereo gear in my 08 Crew Max, that there were electrical connections for what I am guessing are heated seats controls. Does anyone know if I buy a couple of switches and hook them up, will the seat heaters work, if that is indeed what they are? Just for clarification, I am talking about the blank switches on either side of the AUX connections.
Thanks!

They probably are but I'm sure the wires just go to under the seats and stop.........If you had the heaters in the seat you could hook it up.............but I doubt it would be in the seat without it already hooked up................

Thanks SlowHogg. I figured that might be the case, just wondering if anyone else has tried it before I tear apart the dash again to hook them up. I may check under the seats to see what there are for wires as well. It would be great if everything was in there and I all I needed was a couple switches from the parts department :-)

Yes you are correct. Hey guys I just finish this project on my 2008 DC Tundra SR5. All that I can say is that it does work if you switch the seats. I bought the Limited seats of Ebay and installed them on my truck. Since I had the Pwr driver seat it was just plug and play. Now the passenger side it is a HUGGGGGEEEEE pain in you know what. You will need to change the harness for the passenger seat with the limited harness not an easy task. I have not tried the memory seat ( waiting on a part ) . I am sorry for not having pictures. As I said you need to change seats or the entire internal seat harness. Let me know if this helps.
